Warnings, kicks and bans
If you break any of the rules you will receive a warning (except for in the cases of Emoticons and Badges). If you do it again you will receive another warning.
If after two warnings, you're seen to be repeating it once more, you will be liable to a 'kick' from the forums between 24 hours and 2 weeks, depending on how long the Moderator or Admin feels you need to learn your lesson.
If you come back after your kick and repeat your actions once more you will be liable to a temporary ban, ranging from 3 weeks to 2 months at the courtesy of the Mod or Admin.
If you come back again and repeatedly break the rules again you will receive a permanent ban then and there!
Circumventions
If you circumvent the kick or ban by making a different account or by other means, your original account may be deleted or your kick/ban will be given an increased time constraint.
If you circumvent a permanent ban to apologize, your apology may be taken into account, depending on the sincerity of your apology and how the Mod or Admin who banned you feels as to whether you can be given another chance.
Either way, your alternate account will be deleted and depending upon the Mod's or Admin's decision your ban time may be decreased.
